The FlowyAIPC Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) applies to the AI services (“Services”) offered by flowyAIPC Corporation (“We”).Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service to understand the details of our processing of your personal information.
Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy applies to the FlowyAIPC webpages, applications, software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) that we offer for use on third-party websites and applications, and to products and services offered in the form of innovative ways that have emerged as technology has evolved. If you use one or more of the FlowyAIPC services provided to you by us or an Affiliated Company that has a separate privacy policy, that privacy policy applies to that service or product, or if there is no separate privacy policy, this policy applies to that portion of the product or service as well.

When you use or open the relevant functions or use the services, we will collect and use the relevant information that is necessary for the realization of the functions and services. When you register and log in, you need to provide us with your own cell phone number and set a login password, and by entering the verification code, so that we can verify your user identity. Cell phone number is necessary information to fulfill the requirements of national laws and regulations on real-name system on the Internet. If you do not provide your cell phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with generative artificial intelligence technology services.
You may use a third-party account to log in and use FlowyAIPC. With your consent, we will obtain your public information (avatar, nickname, and other information authorized by you) registered on the third-party platform for use in binding with your FlowyAIPC account, so that you can directly log in and use the Products and related services.
When you use the Intelligent Dialogue function service, we will collect the content (including but not limited to text, images, files) you input during your interaction with FlowyAIPC, and we will analyze and calculate the above information in order to better understand your questions and contextual context, so as to provide you with more relevant information content to provide the Intelligent Dialogue service.
When you choose to paste content from the system clipboard into the intelligent dialog input box, we will collect your clipboard information.
During the dialog, you can provide feedback on the content output by FlowyAIPC. We will collect your feedback, including your unsolicited content, in order to continuously improve the quality of FlowyAIPC's output.
We may collect the following information when you use the FlowyAIPC Open Platform Services:
We need to authenticate your identity. At a later stage, you can choose to be authenticated as a personal account or on behalf of a company as a corporate account. According to relevant laws and regulations, when you choose to certify as an individual developer, we may collect your real identity information (real name, ID number, phone number, and other necessary identity information) to complete the real name verification; when you certify as an enterprise developer on behalf of an enterprise, we may collect the real name of the legal representative of the enterprise you are working for, and the real name of the contact person of the enterprise, in order to complete the verification of the real name of the enterprise. Some of the information belongs to personal sensitive information, you can refuse to provide, if you refuse to provide you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but does not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
In order to push the function dynamics, business information and product notification of the open platform to you, we will collect your email information and bind your account. You can refuse to provide and bind, if you refuse to provide you may not be able to obtain the relevant services, but does not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
When you use the paid package services for pre-charge, we will collect your payment order and transaction information, in order to provide you with services such as order placement, payment, customer service and after-sales service for the recharge order, and to show and provide you with specific paid services.
If you contact us directly through the means described in Chapter 9 of this policy, to provide feedback, complaints, grievances or consulting FlowyAIPC related issues, in order to ensure the security of your account and the system, you need to provide us with your account information, so that we can verify your user identity, such information belongs to the user feedback in the identity verification of the necessary information. In the process of feedback, complaint or consultation, in order to help you solve the problem or record the handling of related issues and results, you may need to provide us with the appropriate supporting material attachments, the system may record the communication records between you and us, in order to be able to better help you to solve the problem and improve the quality of service. If you do not provide the above information, we may not be able to provide you with timely feedback on the results of the consultation, but it will not affect your normal use of FlowyAIPC or services. At the same time, we recommend that you do not voluntarily provide sensitive personal information in your feedback. If the information you voluntarily provide contains the personal information of others, please be sure to obtain the legal authorization of others before providing it to avoid improper disclosure of their personal information.

In order to ensure the safe operation of the software and services, and the quality and efficiency of the operation, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device identifier (Android such as AndroidID, OAID, iOS such as IDFV; different identifiers may vary in terms of validity, whether they can be reset by the user, and the way to get them), IP address, software version number, network access mode, type, status, network quality data, operation, usage, service logs, device sensor data (e.g., acceleration sensor, gyroscope sensor).
In order to prevent malicious programs and to protect the quality and efficiency of our operations, we may collect information about running processes, overall page operation, usage and frequency, page crashes, overall usage, and performance data. In order to determine the security of accounts and transactions, perform identity verification, identify violations of law and regulations, detect and prevent security incidents, and take the necessary recording, analysis, and disposal measures in accordance with the law, we may use your account information, device information, and service log information.
In order to analyze statistical indicators such as application additions, activations, retention, performance, etc., the clipboard may be invoked to attribute relevant statistical information. Please be assured that no private information about you will be uploaded to our servers during the statistical process.
We may use the above web log information in order for us to count the usage of FlowyAIPC, conduct problem troubleshooting, and conduct operational analysis, improve and optimize the product interaction experience through data statistics.
Please understand that as our business develops, there may be adjustments and changes to the features and services provided. In principle, when the new function or service is related to the function or service we currently provide, the personal information collected and used will be directly or reasonably related to the original processing purpose. In the case where there is no direct or reasonable connection with the original processing purpose, we will collect and use your personal information, and will again inform and explain it to you separately in accordance with laws and regulations and national standards by means of page prompts, interactive processes, and agreement confirmations, and obtain your consent.

In particular, you should note that if the information cannot be identified to your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, it does not belong to your personal information in the legal sense; when your information can be identified to your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, or we will not be able to establish a link with any specific personal information when the data is used in combination with other your personal information, these information will be treated as your personal information during the period of combined use. We collect and use information about you through cookies and store this information as log information. We use our own cookies for the following purposes:

(4) For the scenario of entrusted processing of personal information, we will sign the relevant processing agreement with the entrusted partner in accordance with the law and supervise its personal information use activities.
(5) In the case of joint handling of personal information, we will sign relevant agreements with the cooperating parties in accordance with the law and agree on their respective rights and obligations to ensure that the use of personal information complies with the relevant provisions of the law and protects data security.
(6) If specific functions and scenarios involve the provision of services by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of cooperation includes our affiliates and third parties.

When you use a feature of FlowyAIPC that is provided by one of our partners, or a service that is provided to you by a software service provider, smart device provider, or system service provider in conjunction with us, we may use information that is necessary to fulfill our business purposes.
(1) In order to implement product promotion and related analytics services, and to optimize and improve the effective reach of the promotion, the promoter of the product or the partner providing the promotion and related analytics services may need to use de-identified or anonymized device, network, channel information and conversion data.
(2) The promotional partners may combine the above information with other data that they have legally obtained to optimize the promotional effect, and we will require them to follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy and necessity in the use of the information, so as to ensure that the users' legitimate rights will not be infringed upon.

In order to protect you and other users' account and property security, so that you and our legitimate legal rights and interests from unlawful infringement, our partners may use the necessary equipment, account and log information.

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which FlowyAIPC is provided: for example:
- Cell phone number: When you register and log in using your cell phone number, we need to keep your cell phone number on an ongoing basis to provide you with normal service, to respond to your possible inquiries and customer complaints, and to safeguard your account and system security.
- Conversation logs: We need to keep your conversation logs to show you the history of your conversations.
If you cancel your account, voluntarily delete your personal information, or after a longer period than necessary, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except in the following cases:
- To comply with the requirements of laws and regulations regarding information retention (e.g., the Cybersecurity Law stipulates that technical measures be taken to monitor and record network operation status and cybersecurity events, and that relevant network logs be retained for no less than six months in accordance with the regulations).
In the event that the Service ceases to operate, FlowyAIPC will notify you, including by sending notices and announcements, and will delete your personal information from the servers within the period required by laws and regulations.
According to laws, regulations and standards, you enjoy a number of rights in personal information processing activities, specifically including:
- You have the right to know and decide on the handling of personal information, and the right to restrict or refuse the handling of your personal information by others, except as otherwise provided by laws and administrative regulations;
- You have the right to inspect and copy your personal information to the personal information processor, unless otherwise provided by law;
- You have the right to request the transfer of your personal information to the personal information processor designated by you;
- You have the right to request the personal information processor to correct or supplement your personal information if you find it inaccurate or incomplete;
- You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information;
- You have the right to request the personal information processor to explain its personal information processing rules.
We guarantee you to exercise the aforementioned rights to your personal information and provide you with the relevant operation path, specifically, you can refer to the following steps to carry out the relevant operations:

Please be aware that the specific closing method may vary depending on your device model and system version. Please understand that after you perform the above actions, we will not be able to continue to provide you with services corresponding to the withdrawal of consent or authorization, and we will no longer collect information related to these permissions, but it will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.
You may access, copy, correct, supplement or delete your personal information in the following ways:
a. Accessing/correcting/supplementing account information: click on the account area of your avatar to do so
b. Accessing/deleting historical conversations: Expand the left side of the dialog box - select Historical Conversations - Delete, or click on the avatar account area - select Delete All Conversations
c. Copy/modify history dialog: select the input content in the dialog box - copy/modify.
a.You can click “System Settings”-“General Settings”-“Export Old Conversation History” to export and download the history of conversation records in the old version of the app.
Due to the upgrading of the app version and changes in its functions, the above steps may be different, and the actual steps in the app shall prevail. In addition to the above, if you or other entitled subjects have any claims, requests or questions regarding the exercise of your personal information rights granted by relevant laws and regulations, you can contact us through the contact information in Chapter 9 of this Policy, and we will review the issues involved as soon as possible and respond within fifteen working days after verifying your user identity. FlowyAIPC may deny requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require excessive technical means (e.g., require the development of a new system or a fundamental change in existing practices), pose a risk to the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical (e.g., involve backing up information stored on magnetic tapes).
We will continue to ensure that our users' information is kept secure. In the unfortunate event that a user of FlowyAIPC passes away, his or her next of kin (“next of kin of the deceased”) may, for their own lawful and legitimate interests, contact us through the means set forth in Chapter 9 of this Privacy Policy to exercise the right to access, copy, correct, delete, etc., the corresponding personal information of the deceased, on the premise of not violating the arrangements made by the deceased before his or her death and not infringing on the legitimate interests of other people and the public. To fully protect the personal information of the deceased, we have the right to access, copy, correct and delete the personal information of the deceased. In order to fully protect the rights and interests of the deceased's personal information, the next of kin of the deceased applying to exercise such rights are required to complete the identity verification procedures, and to promise and guarantee that the exercise of such rights by the next of kin of the deceased will not violate the predeceased arrangements and that the purpose of the exercise of the rights is legitimate and justified.
You have the right to cancel your account. You can cancel your account through “Personal Information” - “System Settings” - “Account Management” - “Cancel Account” or in accordance with the ninth paragraph of this Policy. or by contacting us as described in Chapter 9 of this Policy. Before you cancel your account, we will verify your personal identity, security status, property settlement status, and device information. We will process your request in a timely manner and respond to your request within fifteen (15) business days or the time limit required by laws and regulations. You know and understand that the act of cancelling an account is an irreversible act, and when you cancel your account, we will delete the relevant information about you or anonymize it, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations and relevant national standards.
(1) We mainly serve adults, but we still attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information.
(2) If you are a minor under the age of 18, please read and agree to this Privacy Policy together under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians before using this product and related services. We do not actively collect personal information from minors (children) under the age of 14. If we discover or receive feedback that we have automatically collected personal information from a child without the prior consent of the guardian, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
(3) If you are a parent or guardian of a minor, if you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or needs for complaints or reports regarding the matters described in this policy, please provide feedback to us through the methods described in Chapter IX.
(1) FlowyAIPC will update and change this Policy from time to time in order to provide you with a better service, and we will revise this Policy from time to time, and these revisions will form part of this Policy.
(2) When this Policy is updated, we will issue an updated version on FlowyAIPC's website and remind you again to read the updated Privacy Policy, including through a new version announcement, so that you are up to date with the latest version of this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, or disagree with any modifications or updates to this Policy, you may choose to stop using FlowyAIPC or cancel your account. However, please be aware that your behavior and activities prior to the cancellation of your account and the cessation of your use of the Service are still subject to this Policy.
(3) We will also provide more prominent notice of material changes that materially diminish your rights under these Personal Information Protection Rules (we will indicate the specific portion of this Policy that has changed by means including, but not limited to, email, text message, or special notification on the page you are viewing).
